What is Magnific?

Magnific is the new name for the Freepik AI Suite. Freepik, founded in Málaga in 2010 as a stock-image library, built a broad set of AI tools on top of its catalogue and in May 2024 acquired Magnific, a well-known AI upscaler. On 28 April 2026 the company unified everything under the Magnific brand, and freepik.com’s AI and pricing pages now redirect to magnific.com.

The platform bundles image generation, editing, video, audio and 3D tools with a library of more than 250 million stock assets.
