Akiflow Review: Features, Pricing & Alternatives

Planner that pulls tasks from your apps into one inbox and time-blocks them on your calendar, with an AI assistant.

PaidProductivityReviewed October 2026

What is Akiflow?

Akiflow is a task and calendar app built around time blocking. It collects tasks from email, Slack, Notion, Asana, Todoist, ClickUp and other tools into one inbox, then lets you drag them onto your calendar to plan the day. A command bar captures tasks from anywhere on your computer.

The company was founded in 2020 by Nunzio Martinello (CEO) and Sebastiano Favaro (CTO), joined Y Combinator’s Summer 2020 batch, and lists Barcelona as its base while describing its design as made in Italy. It targets founders, operators and other heavy schedulers who juggle many tools.

In 2025 Akiflow leaned into AI with Aki, an assistant that handles prioritization, planning, daily briefings and voice commands. It also added an MCP connector so you can manage tasks and calendars from assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor. An optional AI meeting assistant for recording, transcripts and summaries is sold as an add-on.

Akiflow vs alternatives

Akiflow is often compared with Sunsama, which has a calmer, ritual-based planning flow and a 14-day trial without a card, and Motion, which automatically schedules your tasks instead of leaving you to drag them.

Reclaim.ai focuses on protecting habits and focus time inside Google or Outlook calendars and has a free tier. Akiflow fits best if your tasks are scattered across many apps and you want a fast, manual time-blocking workflow with AI help on top. See all best AI productivity tools.
